Beverage Director James Denio of Bourrée at Boucherie - Biography

Inspired by their travels through rural Louisiana, Rising Star Chef Nathanial Zimet and his business partner James Denio modeled Bourrée after the family-owned gas stations that dot state roads in Cajun country. Zimet and Denio don’t peddle petroleum. But they do serve chicken wings fresh from the deep fryer, their butcher’s case is stocked with house bacon and boudin, and daiquiris flow as freely as the Mississippi.
