?We're back in our hometown to celebrate the city's most talented up-and-coming food and beverage professionals. After meeting with more than 100 young chefs, pastry chefs, bartenders, sommeliers, and artisans across the metro area, we are excited to announce our newest class of New York Rising Stars. These 27 food and beverage professionals are recognized not only for their culinary strengths and talents but also their ability to navigate, lead, and inspire during one of the industry's most trying times.

Rising Stars Restaurant Week is a two-week promotion showcasing the 2020 New York Rising Stars restaurants and dishes, wine pairings, cocktails, sake, and pastries that wowed the StarChefs team. The Restaurant Week will run from December 1 through December 15 and all the featured food and drink will be available for either dine-in, takeout or both.
